Keys can only be picked up by the person whose name is on the reservation. *A photo ID and the credit card used to complete express check-in must be presented at the Front Desk to pick up your room keys. For more information on how to enable push notifications, visit When your room is ready, you will receive a notification asking you to visit the Front Desk to pick up your keys, resort wristbands, and all-inclusive bracelets (if applicable) for your party. Please make sure you have enabled push notifications on the app to receive your notification. If your room is not ready, you will see a screen with your confirmation and a message that you will be notified when your room is ready. If your room is ready, you will see your confirmation and a message that your room is ready for check-in.Enter your credit card information and click Submit Payment.Enter your preferred email address and click Finish and Check-In. Fill out the information for your vehicle and roommates (if applicable) and select your estimated arrival time.Once you have completed these steps, enter your full name, email address, date, and signature in the provided boxes at the bottom of the screen to agree to our terms. Read over the detailed policy information. Review your reservation agreement and pay any outstanding balance (if applicable).Click Express Check-In at the bottom of the screen. Enter the last name listed on the reservation and the confirmation number listed in your original confirmation email or the pre-arrival email you should have received 24 hours prior to check-in and click Continue.
